Kamrul Islam Tamal currently serves as the Head of Organization Development & HR Strategy at Dhaka Bank PLC. He began his professional journey on 18 January 2012 as a Management Trainee. Over the years, he has played significant roles in people management, talent development, and fostering organizational culture. Tamal completed his BBA and MBA at the University of Dhaka. He is deeply committed to justice, human dignity, and equal rights for all oppressed and persecuted people, regardless of identity. His voice remains strong and unwavering in favour of human rights, fairness, and social equity.
